Joann Joseph has extensive experience training and coaching PreK-12 educators and students. Her experience includes delivering successful programs in creating trauma informed and culturally responsive school climate and culture, analyzing school systems with a racial equity lens, using student data to support equitable MTSS practices, and implementing conflict resolution and peer mediation programs. Her work has been focused on creating, promoting, and delivering solutions designed to support educators in building equitable and inclusive schools where all students get what they need to thrive. Joann is passionate about schools being emotionally, psychologically, and physically safe spaces for academic and personal growth and believes racial justice work is essential to achieving that.
