As Director of Operations, Dominique brings a wealth of experience in the education and charter school sector. She has most recently served as the Assistant Principal of Operations at Central Brooklyn Ascend Lower School. Dominique has served as the operations leader at various charter networks and educational nonprofits in the New York City area. Dominique’s expertise is in building systems and procedures focused on supporting organizational efficiency, strong communication and financial health to fulfill the overall goal of achieving purpose and mission for all stakeholders. Dominique’s experience includes overseeing strategy and business operations, project planning and development, account management and vendor relationships as well as the day to day finances of organizations.
Dominique holds a Masters of Science in Social Enterprise Administration from Columbia University, School of Social Work as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business from Pennsylvania State University with a minor in Spanish. She is a proud New Yorker, born and raised in Brooklyn.
