We are so proud of the work that we have done this year, and we are excited to continue our work in the upcoming school year. Here are a few highlights of what we have planned:

- Beginning our multi-year partnerships with Alliance Patti & Peter Neuwirth Leadership Academy & Playwrights Horizons Theater.

- Continuing the Racial Justice in Organizations program with Pio Pico Elementary School in the Santa Ana Unified School District.

- Continuing Executive Coaching with senior leaders and principals in the Santa Ana Unified School District.

- Launching the Baker Butler Youth-Adult Partnership program.

- Incorporating participant and stakeholder feedback into our curricula, and offering updated trainings starting this fall!

We believe that all students deserve to learn in a safe and supportive environment where they feel valued and respected. Your support will help us to make this vision a reality.
The recent Supreme Court ruling to end affirmative The recent Supreme Court ruling to end affirmative action in higher education further undermines decades of progress towards creating equitable education opportunities for students of color. This is a devastating blow to our efforts to create a more just and equitable society.

At the Center for Racial Justice in Education, we believe that all students deserve to have access to a quality education, regardless of their race or ethnicity. In the wake of this ruling, it is even more important for us to continue our work, alongside educators and students, to dismantle patterns of racism and injustice in their schools and communities.

We urge you to join us in our mission to create a racially equitable world where all children, their families, and their communities thrive. Donate via the link in our bio to join our #DisruptRacismNow: Deeper Together! campaign, ending August 31. Your support will allow us to deepen our impact by reaching more schools, enhancing our programs, and engaging in more long-term partnerships to create institutional change.

The Supreme Court's ruling is a setback, but it is not the end. We must continue to work together to ensure that all students have the opportunity to reach their full potential.
