Lisa is currently CEO and Founder of OLAS Equity Strategists, which works to support leaders and organizations to operationalize equity. In addition to her roles as CEO, Executive Director, Manager, and Principal, she has been an executive leadership coach for over ten years in diverse and mission driven organizations. Her main areas of expertise are leading for social justice, personal identity development as it relates to racial justice, the development of high functioning equity driven leadership teams, and capacity building. She is passionate about the power of transformational coaching to impact equity driven growth.
